Toma Restaurant and Bar is the new waterfront bistro in the former location of Emilio's, located along Santa Barbara's picturesque Cabrillo Blvd. Toma supports local fishermen, farmers, foragers & food artisans.

Toma Restaurant and bar is in the former location of Emilio’s Restaurant, along Cabrillo Boulevard. The restaurant and historic building retains an old world charm, inside and out, that has been at this location on the Santa Barbara waterfront for over 80 years. Savor exquisite Italian and Mediterranean dishes from Santa Barbara’s seasonal bounty. Pour over local and Italian wines along with a full bar of hand-crafted cocktails and spirits. Enjoy warm and attentive service while dining window-side with a view of the enchanting Santa Barbara harbor. As the old adage goes, “to do anything great you must do it for 10,000 hours.” Proprietors, Tom & Vicki Dolan have over 65 combined years of experience in the food & beverage industry. "We have a passion and love for the business of entertaining our guests, friends and family.
